Twin Peaks Characters

"One day my log will have something to say about this."

The Characters. My God, the characters. They're somethng else. In my opinion, the show would be unwatchable without them. Every character makes a lasting impact and this list can go on forever. Here are a few of the characters I remember best...

Harry and Cooper - A Bromance

Harry and Cooper

Despite the darkness of the reason their paths crossed, the enduring friendhsip between Agent Cooper and Harry Truman brings a warmth and dependability to the show. Both Agent Cooper and Harry Truman are solid, dependable men who instill a trust in the viewer that they will serve justice to the best of their ability. Best Friends and Good People, without a doubt, the Ultimate Bromance.

Hawk - A Damn Good Sheriff

Hawk

Think about it. When something needed to be done,it was Harry and Cooper that gave the order, and HAWK who did the actual groundwork. He rounded up the suspects, brought in witnesses and held down the law in Harry's absence. Its people like Hawk that we dont miss until they're not around. Hawk - we salute you.

Lucy - One of a Kind

Lucy

From the moment we meet Lucy, its hard not to develop a fondness for her. Her innocent-pitched voice and small frame fit in perfectly with the Twin Peaks aesthetic. Lucy values her job and has a pressence that demands a standard of decency and manners. The scenes between her and Andy and Dick are pure gold.

Nadine - A Force of Nature

Nadine

Poor Nadine. She's utterley devoted to her husband Ed, and her million dollar silent drapes idea, that is, until it all falls apart. A failed suicide attempt leaves her convinced she's an 18 year old and with superhuman strength. Completley bonkers and a force to be reckoned with she begins a relationship with 18 year old Mike and Ed is finally free to be with Norma...She's delusional and the fear in people's eyes when she engages them in conversation is hilarious.

Got a favourite Character of your own? I'd love to hear from you. Let Me Know.
